Let's see if this works, I mapped a ride on mapmyride.com and would love to link it to the blog. It was a training ride, fairly easy, but tried to keep a high cadence with a lower gear throughout most of it to build cardio fitness. My goal for the next few month is to build cardio fitness then I can work on muscle strength. Plus, the cardio fitness is where I'll lose the weight. :)
